Guyed lattice masts provide strong, practical and cost-effective height for communication systems where space is available for guy anchors. These structures are widely used for radio repeaters, telemetry systems, farm communication networks, weather monitoring stations and remote communication sites.
RTS Radio supports selected tower and mast structures with independent technical documentation, engineering assessments, audit certificates and lightning related reports. This documentation assists clients, engineers, procurement teams and project owners when evaluating tower suitability for radio, telecommunications, telemetry, meteorological and security applications.
RTS Radio does not publish manufacturing drawings, fabrication drawings or detailed structural build drawings online.
This protects our certified tower designs from being copied and manufactured incorrectly by unapproved fabricators. Inferior copies can create serious safety, structural and liability risks.
All RTS towers, masts and Cell-on-Wheels structures are manufactured using Grade 355 high tensile steel in our manufacturing process. This includes the mast structures, tower components and the complete Cell-on-Wheels trailer structure.
RTS Radio supplies technical audit certificates, compliance documentation and engineering information where applicable, while keeping detailed fabrication drawings controlled for safety, quality and intellectual property protection.
